There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1976
Maureen Fernandez has applied for a Special Permit as set for the in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164.4 for accessory use of premises for a home occupation artist’s studio. The property is located at 14 Kescayogansett Road, Orleans Map #56, Parcel#27.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the December 18, 2013 meeting.
